Ah well, as the title goes, I am going to talk about my research and experiences here. An academically young guy like me doesn't have much to talk about I know, but I do plan to expand this section further in the future. You can find my current CV here (updated April 2026) . Research Experience
Summer 2025
I was working on my MS Thesis (Final Year) project at the Lagrange Laboratory of the Cote d'Azure Observatory, Nice, France under the supervision of Dr Rémi Adam. I was there between June to November 2025, and was working remotely afterwards up until April 2026. I was working on investigating the capabilities of the upcoming CTA to constrain the CR content of galaxy clusters using a stacking approach. This will require me to develop a pipeline for the study of GCs and their non-thermal content with the CTA DC. (Here is an abstract: Click here! , and also my thesis Click here! ! )
Summer 2023 and 2024
I am working with Dr. Santanu Mondal at the Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA), Bangalore and (starting from Summer 2024) in collaboration with Dr. Uri Keshet from Ben Gurion University. I am working on Fermi Bubbles and their possible extra-galactic analogs in gamma. We expect to present our results soon via a publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
Summer 2022
I took up a reading project under Dr. Prasenjit Das at IISER Mohali , trying to simulate phase transitions in spin lattice systems using Monte Carlo techniques. I was primarily trying to replicate the results of the paper by Steinberg et al. This was my first ever project, and again I gained a very valuable exposure to the world of academia, thanks to Dr. Das.
Work Experience
Physics mentor @ Sciastra (October 2021-May 2022, October 2022-August 2023)
Sciastra is an ed startup which aims to provide a platform for students to learn and explore science and prepare for entrance exams of research institutes like IISERs, NISER etc. I am currently working as a physics mentor, and I am responsible for creating content for the physics section. I am also responsible for mentoring students in pursuit of their academic goals.
Physics SME @ Chegg India (April 2022)
I also am one of the Physics Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) @ Chegg India, wherein I primarily solve physics doubts of students.
